City NEwsWhile the agenda for the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission had very little on it, members brought several subject to the table Tuesday evening.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi said the Robert Henry Corporation will complete the downtown brick project this spring.  Bricks in the sidewalks will be cleaned and sealed the end of April or early May.

Members discussed the Jefferson Street housing project that didn’t get the state funding it applied for.  Surrisi said they are looking at alternative funding, and haven’t given up yet.

Work to find a buyer or tenant for the Commerce Building in TIF # 3 continues.  The Mayor met with a prospect recently and was encouraged with the discussion.
