On Wednesday, February 17 at approximately 10:30 in the evening County Police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of U.S. 31 at Dewey Street.
48 year old Sevilla Rhoades of Rochester was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of marijuana, and Possession of paraphernalia following a traffic stop.
