A Nappanee Man was arrested Saturday afternoon about 12:20 by Bremen officer Trent Strouder following a traffic stop at US 5 and West Miami Road.
51 year old Dale Robert Rhodes was charged with driving while being judged a Habitual Traffic Violator for lifetime, Expired Plated, Fictitious Registration and an Expired Driver’s License.
Rhodes was booked into the Marshall County Jail.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
