The 6th Grade “A” team jumped out to an early lead Monday night and never looked back. The Rockets offered high pressure on defense which led to their offense. The Rockets beat the Bobcats 53-12. The Riverside Rockets were led in scoring by Roman Snedeker with 9 points. Trey Hall and Easton Strain chipped in 7 points a piece. Nolan Bales and Timmy Wakeland both added 6 points. Brock Jensen, Conner Scheidlin, and Shane Abberger all had 4 points. Dominic Giordano, Kavan Holm, Davis Wray each scored a basket as well. The Rockets will be in action again Tuesday night as they host the Bremen Lions starting at 5pm.

 

The 5th Grade Boys Riverside Rockets traveled to Oregon Davis on Monday and came home with a victory 31-8.  The Rockets played a complete game, playing great defense and boxing out, limiting OD to one shot on most possessions.  Ryan Tremaine, Caleb Bowling, and Alex Harding led the defensive charge, earning Defensive MVP’s for the game.  Cray Barden came up big with some steals in transition as well.  Ryan Tremaine led the offensive charge with 12, Coby Walters with 6, and Max Lewandowski with 4.  The win moves the Rockets to 4-1 for the season.  Both A and B teams will be back in action on Monday after Thanksgiving Break at LaVille.
