Police HandcuffsOn Sunday afternoon about 4:30 City Police Officers were dispatched to Wings Ect. On Oak Drive for an intoxicated male who was thrown out of the restaurant for wanting to start a fight.

Officers arrived on the scene and located 27 year old Sargon Bet-Nimrod of Rochester driving a Dodge Ram in the parking lot.   He was arrested, transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a prior within 5 years, Public Intoxication and Failure to Identify.

He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
