A 44 year old Plymouth man is facing a charge of battery following an incident Monday night at the Red Rock Inn at 2550 North Michigan Street.
Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to the motel at 8:49 for the report of a battery involving a hammer.
Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested Jose Lopez Rodriquez for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $750 cash bond. Rodriquez will appear in Superior Court on June 14th
