On Thursday, March 17, at approximately 2:45 in the morning 25 year old Vincent J. Rodriguez of Kokomo was arrested by County Police. During a traffic stop for on US 31 near 13th Road, County Police suspected that Rodriquez was impaired. Rodriguez was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Paraphernalia. following a traffic stop for a moving violation on US 31 near 13th Road.
