MugShot_Charles TaylorA traffic stop early Tuesday morning on a possible impaired or sleepy driver ended with the driver being arrested on multiple charges.

A caller told the Marshall County Dispatch Center that the semi was all over the roadway at approximately 3:34 a.m.    A Marshall County Police Officer located the semi west bound on U.S. 30 and witnessed similar behavior to what the caller had described.   A traffic stop was conducted on U.S. 30 near U.S. 31 and during the investigation it was determined that 39 year old Charles S. Taylor of Plymouth had multiple active warrants through Marshall County.

Taylor was also arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine as a Level 6 Felony and Driving While Suspended with a Prior Conviction, an A misdemeanor, in addition to the active warrants. Taylor`s bond is $1,505.00 for the mentioned, however there was no bond attached to the active warrants.
