Thursday night about 10:15 Plymouth Police were dispatched to 2401 North Michigan Street Lot 25 for a domestic disturbance.
Officer Krynock investigated the complaint and determined that 42 year old Chad Smith of the North Michigan Street address was the aggressor in a domestic battery against his girlfriend.
Smith was transported to the Plymouth Hospital emergency room for jail clearance and then to the Marshall County Jail.
