Meth_ArrestOn Wednesday, March 23rd Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop for an infraction at Jefferson Street and Oak Drive.   K9 Jax walked around the vehicle and indicated the presence of narcotics. A search was done of the four occupants of the vehicle.   The front seat passenger, 36 year old James Smith of South Bend was arrested for possession of Methamphetamines and Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Meth and Possession of Paraphernalia.
