DrugArrestThursday, September 1st at 9:30 in the evening, Deputy Wozniak with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on North Michigan Street near the Shell gas station for failure to signal a lane change.

The driver, 41 year old Courtney Snider of Lakeville was not registered with the BMV.

During the investigation contraband was found in the vehicle. Snider was found to be in possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was lodged on a $1,500 cash bond.
