MugSHot_joshua wyattThursday afternoon at 3 the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was called about a possible impaired driver on US 30 near State Road 331.  The caller said the car was “all over the roadway.”

Patrolman Jonathan Bryant located the suspect vehicle and observed multiple infractions.  He conducted a traffic stop at U.S. 30 at King Road and during his investigation found that the driver, 37 year old Joshua Leon Wyatt of South Bend did not have a valid license.  Officers also located controlled substances including Methamphetamine inside the vehicle.

Mr. Wyatt was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and the booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond for Possession of Meth, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Operating a Vehicle on a Controlled Substance.
