Last Sunday, January 31st Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre conducted a traffic stop on Lincoln Highway west of Oak Drive for a traffic violation. The driver, 18 year old Shaylah D. Taylor of South Bend was driving without ever receiving a license. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a $255 cash bond.
