29 year old James Ochoa-Rodriguez of South Haven, MI was arrested after being stop on US 31 near 12B Road for traveling in excess of 100 mph.

He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content greater than .15%, Reckless Driving and Operating a Vehicle Without Ever receiving a license.  His bond was set at $4,505 cash.
