Last week the Marshall County Commissioners approved a contact with SRKM Architecture of Warsaw to design the new office space for the Health Department which will be relocating in the Community Resource Center.

The week prior the County Council approved the idea of relocating the Health Department to the CRC to give the Prosecuting Attorney’s office more space. The commissioners are keeping the plan moving forward with approval of SRKM to create the preliminary design and construction documents needed for the build out in the lower level of the CRC.

The agreement is $3,500 for preliminary design and $1,000 for the construction administration. The commissioners will pay SRKM through their professional services fund.
