arrestsA man from Van Nuys California was arrested Sunday morning about 1 after a County Police Officer stopped him for a traffic violation at State Road 10 new Nutmeg Road.

24 year old Mousheg Hovhannisyan was arrested for Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated Engendering A Person and Operating With a BAC of .08 or greater.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $4,505 cash bond.

Sunday evening just before 10 a county officer stopped a vehicle on US 31 near Plymouth Goshen Trail.  The driver, 21 year old Mohammad Rashid Hamad Alerq of Kalamazoo was found to be Operating Without ever receiving a License.  He was lodged in the County Jail on a $755 cash bond.
