Plymouth Officer Gary Cleveland was dispatched to an address on West Harrison street, which is a vacant house set to be demolished. The caller stated that there were unauthorized subjects inside. Jordan Shephard 23, and Elisabeth Trevino 25 or Plymouth were found inside, on a bare matress,
pretending to be asleep. They were arrested for trespassing and resisted arrest. Shephard complicated his charges by making threats to harm the caller and Cleveland in the future. Both were suspects were lodged at the Marshall County Jail and given a court date in Sup2 for 6/21/16. The misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement comes with a bond of $1,000. Elisabeth has a bond of $2,000, due to prior pending charges in Marshall County.
