Friday morning January 15, at 2:03 a.m. a Marshall County Police Officer stopped to check a suspicious person near the First Source Bank in LaPaz.
Through the investigation it was determined that 31 year old Zachery Perrin of Bremen was in Possession of Cocaine and Paraphernalia.
He was lodged into the Marshall County Jail on at $1,505 cash bond.
