UW_Taste of Marshall County

 

 

United Way of Marshall County (UWMC) will host the first Taste of Marshall County, a family-friendly fundraising event this Saturday, August 13, at Young Amphitheatre in Centennial Park in Plymouth. The event from 5 to 10 pm will kick off the 2016 United Way annual fundraising campaign. Proceeds from Taste of Marshall County will go toward United Way member agencies and programs.

Food tastings will be featured with along with a separate Beer/Wine Garden. Live music will entertain with Shots Fired Reloaded from 5 to 6:30 and Southern Straightaway headlining from 7-10 pm.

A few advance purchase Taste of Marshall County VIP ticket packages are still available for $25 and can be purchased on line at marshallcountyuw.org, at the UWMC offices 2701 N. Michigan Street or WTCA. The VIP package includes $20 in taste tickets, a Taste of Marshall County t-shirt and VIP parking. $1 Taste tickets will also be available at the door. Admission to the food tasting is free. Admission to the Beer and Wine garden and or the band performance area is $5.
