A complaint of people being loud at the East Short public access site for Lake Maxinkuckee ended with four people being arrested for alcohol violations.
At 12:17 Friday morning Marshall County Police were dispatched to the public access site. They located several intoxicated subjects. There were arrested for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:18 year old Robert Warren,
19 year old Samantha Reed, and
18 year old Abigail Haimbaugh all of Culver were booked into the Marshall County Jail.
21 year old Hannah Anderson of Monterey was arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor. Anderson is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $755 cash bond.
Haimbaugh and Read were booked into the Marshall County Jail with bonds of $255 while Robert Warren is being held on $505 cash.
Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
