A drug investigation that began in 2015 by undercover police officers from the Warsaw Police Department has resulted in four arrests in Marshall County. Prosecuting Attorney Nelson Chipman stated, “We are more than willing to work with any law enforcement agency that comes upon criminal activities in our home county of Marshall. I commend the Warsaw officers and their supervisors for their willingness to cross jurisdictional boundaries to assist us in this universal fight against the scourge of methamphetamine manufacture, sale and use, as well as the increasing presence of heroin.”

MugShot_BOULAS, ANTHONY ROBERTChipman announced two counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine as Level 2 felonies, and two counts of Possession of Methamphetamine as Level 5 felonies were filed June 20, 2016 against Anthony Boulas, with a listed address of Walnut St. in Argos. Chipman noted the Level 2 felony designation is due to the alleged weight of the product sold was in each instance in excess of 10 grams.

MugShot_CRIPPS, STANLEY WAYNEIn an unrelated case, but with the same law enforcement agency, Chipman also announced the arrest of Stanley Cripps and Levi Yeager, and the filing of charges against both for the offense of Dealing in Methamphetamine as a Level 5 felony, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

MugShot_PIKE, AUSTIN ALLEN LAWRENCEAnd in yet another unrelated case, a fourth individual, Austin Pike, was arrested on suspicion of selling an ounce of heroin. The alleged sale and arrest took place on June 20, 2016. Charges and a probable cause affidavit were not available on the time of issuing the press release.
