TritonHIghSchool_sheep1The eighth grade students in the new Project Lead The Way Medical Detectives class at Triton Jr.-Sr. High School completed phase one of the sheep brain dissection. Students identified and labeled the 11 visible parts of the sheep brain in the superior (top) view then turned the brain over to the Inferior (bottom) view and labeled the 5 visible parts there. While students did not enjoy the smell, they loved the hand on labeling of a real sheep brain.
