On Thursday, May 19th, 2016 at approximately 11:40 PM, a traffic stop was conducted by county officer Wozniak on a white 2001 Ford F150 in the area of US 31 and 14th Road. The driver, Jason R Penrod of 
Plymouth, was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
