A Valparaiso man is sitting in the Marshall County Jail following an incident Wednesday evening at Lake Latonka.
County police are investigated a report of a strangulation about 9:30 July 27th in the 12,000 block of Choctaw Island Trail.
Following an investigation, 56 year old David Chandler was arrested and lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Strangulation and Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon. His cash bond was set at $3,000.
