A 911 call Friday evening just before 11 for a single vehicle accident at King and 5B Roads sent Marshall County Police and LaPaz Fire and EMS to the scene.
The driver, 30 year old Heather Renee Vandusen of Bremen was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Vandusen was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged on multiple charges after being evaluated.
Heather Vandusen was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Charge, Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more, Resisting Law Enforcement, Battery on Law Enforcement, and Disorderly Conduct.
