Back by popular demand, will be the Bourbon Cemetery Walk.
Portia Wampler and Karin Rettinger, with the support of a host of others, are organizing another local Cemetery Walk. This one is at the Parks-Oddfellows Cemetery on Sunday, May 22 at 3:00 p.m.
The actors have been secured, but the committee could use a little more help. Eight guides are needed to lead a group on a circuitous route through the cemetery. Local golf cart owners are needed to help transport some of those who will find the cemetery a bit rough for walking. If you are willing to help out by leading a group, directing parking, or loaning a golf cart, call Portia at 574-551-2952 (cell), or Karin at 574-936-2306 (daytime-work).
The whole tour will last about an hour. Everyone will embark on the tour at the same time. Late arrivals will join the tour in progress.
