Saturday morning, April 23, at approximately 5 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department arrested a Plymouth man after observing his speeding on US 30. 28 year old Kevin Walters was arrested for Reckless Driving and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $255 cash bond.
