MugShot_Juan GarciaOn Thursday, April 14, at approximately 4:52 p.m. Patrolman Jonathan Bryant with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop near Hawthorn Road and Walnut Streets in Inwood.

The driver had tried to elude police but was found at the Inwood location. During the traffic stop the driver, 35 year old Juan Garcia of Warsaw was found to be operating the vehicle on a lifetime suspension.  He was also highly intoxicated and had active warrants through Marshall County and Kosciusko County.

Garcia was lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $3,900.00 cash bond and a hold for Kosciusko County.
