South Bend Man Arrested for OWI

MugShot_Omar Castillo-LiraOn Friday morning, March 10, at approximately 2:50  an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 31 near Veteran`s Parkway.

The officer determined that the driver, 30 year old Omar Castillo-Lira of South Bend was impaired. He was later lodged into the Marshall County jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance.
