Probation Violations Land 2 in the County Jail

probationn-violationMonday afternoon Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department about 2:30 for a probationer who had violated the terms and conditions of his probation.

29 year old Hercules H. Harmon of Knox was taken into custody and incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail with a Motion to Revoke Probation.

About 6:30 Monday evening Plymouth Officer Jeremy Enyart was sent to the probation department to pick up 36 year old Devon D. Zillmer of Bremen.  Zillmer was arrested for a drug screen violation the transported to the jail where he was held on a $500 cash bond.
