Edington Arrested for DWS & OWI Endangering

owi-arrestA traffic stop just before 4 Saturday morning in Bourbon landed Shayne Edington in the Marshall County Jail.

Bourbon Police Officer Adam Kraning stopped a gray Pontiac for speeding and failure to dim its bright lights near State Road 331 south and 13th Trail.  During the investigation the Bourbon Officer found that Edington was Drivng While Suspended with a prior conviction.

A field sobriety test was preformed and Mr. Edington was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior and Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
