3 Arrested for Public Intox During the Weekend

public intoxPlymouth Police Officer Bridge Hite was dispatched to the area of Advanced Auto on North Michigan Street Saturday evening about 8:15 when an apparent intoxicated female was asking their customers for a ride back to South Bend.

Officer Hite located 50 year old Diane K. Sheppard lying on the grass at Grace Baptist Church not moving.  When asked if there was a medical issue Sheppard told the officer she wanted to go back to Plymouth.

Diane Sheppard was arrested for Public Intoxication and lodge in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.

Sunday morning just before 4 Officer Wally Derifield was dispatched to 2922 Gary Drive for a couple of intoxicated individuals.

25 year old Dakota Elkins and 32 year old Steven Oakley both of North Carolina were arrested for Public Intoxication and lodged in the county jail.  They were held on $1,500 cash bonds.
