SouthwireSouthwire’s employees are committed to making the communities in which they work a better place to live.  Within the company Project GIFT (Giving Inspiration for Tomorrow) allows employees to volunteer within their communities.  Whether it’s raising funds for a worthwhile cause, working with beautification efforts, lending a hand to those facing tough times or ensuring children are prepared for school, Southwire’s Project GIFT team is always ready to help.

Jodi Overmyer told WTCA Southwire has several plants in Texas and at least one of them is in the affected area.

While Southwire will be collecting in Bremen, they are hoping that folks from all over Marshall County will donate to the cause.  If you would like to make a donation in the Plymouth area you can drop off your items at the WTCA studios, 112 West Washington Street this Thursday and Friday and next week on Tuesday and Wednesday.
