Knox Pair Arrested on Multiple Charges

ArrestedOn Friday, October 6th, at approximately 1:18 AM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a white 2006 Kia passenger car in the area of Rose Road and Lincoln Highway.  During the traffic stop the front seat passenger, Joseph T. Bihlmayer, was found to have two active warrants through Starke County. 

Officer Wozniak was assisted by Starke County K9 Officer Travis Schieber.  Officer Schieber utilized his K9 partner Zardoz, who indicated the presence of narcotics in the vehicle.  A search of the
of the vehicle resulted in the findings of two used syringes underneath the front passenger seat, a baggie of 3.5 grams of heroin hidden underneath the floor carpeting at the drivers feet and many other paraphernalia items. 

MugShot_Joseph BihlmayerJoseph Bihlmayer was taken into custody for unlawful possession of syringes, two active warrants and was later found to be in possession of methamphetamine at the jail. 

Mugshot_Crystal WilliamsCrystal Williams was taken into custody for possession of heroin, unlawful possession of syringes and was later found to be in possession of a legend drug without a prescription.
