Supervisor of County Highways in Marshall County, Jason Peters is warning citizens of upcoming road work.
As part of the Community Crossings grant, paving on Beech Road from US 6 to 3B Road will be completed yet this fall. Last month the county commissioners awarded the project to E & B Paving for $317,376.25. Peters said the project will start late next week. He did note that this project is weather dependent and could be delayed for rain.
Employees from the Marshall County Highway Department will be installing berms on 7th Road between Fir and Jarrah next week.
Peters asks drivers to be patient and try to avoid the construction area.
