By

BourbonPoliceBourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger arrested Stacy L. Holloway Saturday evening about 6:20 following a traffic stop in the 500 block of old US 30.  Holloway was driving left of center.  During the stop Ms. Holloway was found to have been drinking.  She failed a field sobriety test and had a blood alcohol content of .12%.

Stacy Holloway was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended, Operator Never Licensed and Driving Left of Center.  She was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
