The building in historic downtown Plymouth was built in 1865 and has been a theater since 1939. Visitors will have the chance to get a behind the scenes look at the theater, from the crying room to the projection room, the third floor apartment to the basement and even the walkout onto the roof where you get a unique view of the downtown area.
This Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. the public is invited to tour the building. Participants should wear sensible shoes and bring a flashlight. While there is no cost for the tour, a free will donation will be accepted with all donations helping with the building’s façade restoration project.
