Ron Obenchain Jr. Arrested Tuesday by City Police

news handcuffJust before 7 Tuesday morning Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of the Red Rock Inn and Hoham Drive for the complaint of a theft.

Before arriving on the scene police units were advised that the subject was leaving the area on a green moped in the direction of Hoham Drive.

Officer Chris Miller observed the subject on a moped matching the description driving east. After traffic stop was conducted and a short investigation 45 year old Ronald D. Obenchain Jr. of Thayer Street in Plymouth was arrested for Illegal Possession of a Hypodermic needle and Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.
