Drug ArrestsPlymouth Police arrested three people Friday evening about 6:30 after they were dispatched to the Walmart parking lot for a couple who appeared to be sleeping in a running vehicle.

Officer Matthew Emenhiser located the vehicle and found 27 year old Shane Webb of Rochester and 27 year old Shannyn Fritz of Kewanna “nodding” off in the vehicle with the engine running.  They told the officer that 30 year old Jerri Harris of Rochester was inside the store shopping.

During his investigation Officer Emenhiser found Fritz and Webb to be in possession of a syringe, heroin and meth.  They were booked into the Marshall County Jail on $3,000 cash bonds.

Harris was located inside Walmart where she had previously been served a no trespass order, and arrested and booked into the jail for that violation and held on a $750 cash bond.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
