An officer with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop at US 31 and 14th Road Thursday night and arrested two people.
About 10:15 in the evening Officer Cooper arrested 48 year old Brian Lee Fannin and 40 year old Melanie Dawn Fannin of Ashland for Possession of Methamphetamine and Illegal Possession of Syringes. Each one was booked into the Marshall County Jail on $4,500 cash bonds.
