Officer Chad Beatty arrested 25 year old Wilfred Barrolago last Thursday following a traffic stop at Plum and Garro Streets.
The traffic stop was for no working tail lights although Officer Beatty found that Barrolago was Operating Without a License. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in about 9:45 p.m. on a $250 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
