Plymouth Fire Chief Rod Miller asked members of the Board of Public Works and Safety to accept three donations into the Monetary Gift Fund during Wednesday evening’s final meeting of 2017. Donations approved were $500 from Rick and Barb Miller, $500 from The Zone and $50 from Small Wonders Daycare.
Members also approved change order number one for the 2017 Spring Street and Sidewalk projects. The majority of changes on the various projects completed were quantity adjustments while there were some deductions for pavement markings. In the end the change order approved was for an additional $1,369.25.
City Board of Works members also approved four contracts for the 2017 Community Crossing projects: the fall bid, new traffic light at Michigan and Oak Hill, micro seal and spring project bids.
