Coffee and donuts will be provided by donations for the first 50 cars and there will be door prizes awarded.  The Boy Scouts will be there selling water and Plymouth speedway will have a sprint car on location to promote.

The second Cars and Coffee event will be held on September 2nd, Labor Day weekend and plans are to promote it event even more to attract additional cars.  The group is hoping to invite a nonprofit such as the Lions or Rotary Club to do a breakfast.

“Cars and coffee” have been on the rise nationwide and in many areas are rapidly replacing car shows.   Calvin Bailey said, “Our hopes are that with Mobilgas’s unique setting it will not only succeed, but other nonprofits will also benefit while car lovers enjoy breakfast and networking.”
