David Holmes, Chairman of the Marshall County Republican Party announced Wednesday a caucus to fill the vacancy for the Polk Township Trustee position will be conducted next month.
Lynn Stull, former Polk Township Trustee passed away on August 20th leaving the vacancy. The Republican Party will fill that vacancy on Thursday, September 7th during a caucus held in their headquarters at 117 Water Street in Plymouth.
Any person interested in the position should file a Declaration of Candidacy no later than 72 hours in advance of the meeting with David Holmes at 116 West Plymouth Street in Bremen, IN 46506 or by email at dholmes@walterlaw.net.
