MugShot_Marvin SuazoA traffic stop by a county police officer early Wednesday morning resulted in the arrest of a Chicago man.

About 12:30 Wednesday morning an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 near Pioneer Drive for an equipment violation.  During the traffic stop it was determined that the driver, 39 year old Marvin Suazo of Chicago was driving while suspended with a prior conviction. He was arrested and lodged into the Marshall Co. Jail.
