Shopping at Wal-Mart led to the arrest of a Plymouth man on an outstanding warrant.
Plymouth Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart when Marshall County Police were notified that Jacob D. Belcher, 36, of Plymouth was shopping at the store with an active local warrant for his arrest. Police located Belcher and he was taken into custody without incident.
