arrestsPlymouth Police Officers were dispatched Monday morning to 310 Skylane Drive for a domestic fight that had gotten physical.

Sergeant Gary Cleveland was first on the scene and when he entered the apartment he detected the odor of burnt marijuana.

Plymouth’s K9 Jax was called to the scene and located four baggies of marijuana, various pills, suspected heroin and paraphernalia.

Both occupants of the apartment were taken into custody and a child was placed with the division of Family and Children.

Arrested was 38 year old Vincent Rossetti for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Dealing in Marijuana.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

29 year old Lindsey Dennis was booked for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.  Her cash bond was also set at $1,500.

Additional charges could be added once the case it reviewed by the Marshall County Prosecutor.
