116 Green StreetWednesday evening about 8:15 the Marshall County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on the home located at 116 Green Street in Plymouth.

A total of seven subjects were arrested with 5 of them living at the residence.

MugShot_Jordan TomkiewiczThose arrested included 21 year old Jordan Lee Tomkiewicz who is listed as living at the Green Street address.  He was charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Marijuana and is being held in the county jail on a $3,000 cash bond.

MugShot_Bryon Whitaker18 year old Bryon Anthony Whitaker of Green Street was booked into the jail for Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Marijuana and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

MugShot_Matthew Batey20 year old Matthew Owen Batey, both of the Green Street address were arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Marijuana.  Their bonds were set at $1,500 cash each.

MugShot_Jourden Grove19 year old Jourden Chaise Grove of 1104 Fairbanks Ave, in Plymouth was arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance and Possession of Marijuana.  His cash bond was set at $500.

MugShot_Santos Catanzarite19 year old Santos Anthony Catanzarite of South Bend was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Visiting a Common Nuisance and Possession of Marijuana.  He was held on a $500 cash bond.

MugShot_Cole Shepperd19 year old Cole Matthew Shepperd of the Green Street Address was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance and for Possession of Marijuana Growing/cultivating.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.

The Drug Task Force was assisted by officers from the Plymouth Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
