arrested_handcuffsOn Monday, August 14th about 1:15 in the afternoon a battery victim called city police to report that his brother had struck him in the face.

Plymouth Police Officer Bob DeLee, the investigating officer said the suspect, 42 year old Adam Ferman of Tulip Road had turned himself in at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.   He was then taken into custody and booked into the jail for battery.
