marijuana-arrest-handcuffsA Fort Wayne woman was arrested Friday morning following a traffic stop by Bremen Police Officer Troy Ulch.
Officer Ulch stopped a vehicle at Bowen Avenue and High Road and found the driver, 32 year old Julie P. Smith in possession of marijuana. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a charge of possession.
